Small Business Saturday Initiative
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.0. THE PROGRAM
This program is organised by Qallann Consulting Limited (QCL). QCL reserves the right to discontinue the program with a reasonable notice period.
2.0. ELIGIBILITY

The Program is open to companies who fulfil the following criteria:

The company is registered in Kenya
-
The company majority owners (51% shareholders and up) should be Kenyan citizens or residents of Kenya;

(hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Partners”).
2. Permanent and/or contract employees of QCL shall not be eligible to participate in this Program.
3. At the minimum, before we partner with you, we will request for the following documents:

Certified company registration documents (Certificate of incorporation and CR12)
-
Statement of capabilities.

List of previous clients or references
3.0. THE PROGRAM

The Program offers the reward of strategic marketing support. Eligible partners should register their interest by filling the “Small Business Saturday Nomination Form" on our website.

The support will begin within thirty (30) days or under after the selection.

We will be reviewing all the form entries received.

For the avoidance of any doubt, QCL shall not be liable for any telco charges, roaming or phone charges which is to be borne by the Eligible Partners, whether in or outside Kenya.
4.0. OTHER CONDITIONS

By participating in the Program, the Eligible Partners are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.

The nomination and marketing support is not transferable or redeemable at a later time or exchangeable for cash or credit of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QCL expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties, or endorsements express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the trade.

Any enquiries and complaints directly and solely in relation to the trade must be referred to QCL representatives.

Any and all decision made by QCL in relation to every aspect of the Program, shall be final and conclusive. Any subsequent correspondences, protest, appeals or enquiries will not be entertained.

QCL shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss or damages howsoever arising in connection with the Program. Furthermore, QCL shall not be liable for any default in respect of the Program due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of QCL.

QCL reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Program upon giving adequate notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of the Program shall not entitle any of the Eligible Partners to any claim or compensation against QCL for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Partners as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

QCL reserves the rights upon giving adequate notice to vary (whether by addition, deletion, modification, amendment or otherwise howsoever) (“Amendment”) any of the terms and conditions herein. Notification to the Eligible Partners in respect of the Amendment shall be effected at QCL’s absolute discretion through any one of the following means of communication, namely, by email to the Eligible Partners’ last known registered email address with QCL or by effecting an advertisement regarding the Amendment on QCLs owned social media pages, or via QCL’s website or by any other means of notification which QCL may select and the Amendment shall be deemed as binding on the Eligible Partners as from the date of notification of the Amendment or from such other date as may be specified by QCL in the notification.
