Qallann Marketing Agency Refund Policy

We strive to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which we will issue refunds for our various offerings.

  1. Digital Products (E-books, Templates, Reports, White Papers):

    • Refunds are generally not available for digital products due to immediate download access and challenges in assessing usage.

    • In case of technical issues preventing access, please contact us at info@qallann.com. We will investigate and offer solutions, including a possible refund at our discretion.

    • In exceptional cases where a digital product refund is granted, a 15% processing fee (minimum Ksh. 200) will be applied to cover administrative costs. Please note that this fee does not include payment processing fees incurred at the payment gateway.

  2. Online Events:

    • Full refunds are available up to 7 working days before the event start date.

    • Unfortunately, no refunds can be processed for cancellations made within 7 working days before the event. Alternatively, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another individual, provided you inform us at info@qallann.com at least 9 working days before the event. Each attendee receives a unique event link therefore, it is crucial to inform us if you need to transfer your ticket to another individual.

    • Exceptional refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis with documented proof.

  3. Physical Events:

    • A 50% refund is available for cancellations made up to 10 working days before the event start date. This policy reflects significant upfront costs like venue rental, catering and staffing.

    • Unfortunately, no refunds can be processed for cancellations made within 10 working days before the event.

    • Alternatively, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another individual, provided you inform us at info@qallann.com at least 12 working days before the event.

    • Exceptional refund requests for physical events will be considered on a case-by-case basis with documented proof.

  4. Online Courses:

    • Refunds for online courses will be pro-rated based on the remaining duration of your course at the time of cancellation.

    • Please note that refunds are contingent on the user not having accessed or completed any course materials online. Once course materials have been accessed, a pro-rated refund may not be applicable.

    • No refunds can be issued for individual modules or specific periods due to the ongoing nature of content and access.

  5. Membership Groups:

    • Refunds for membership groups will be pro-rated based on the remaining duration of your membership at the time of cancellation.

    • No refunds can be accommodated for specific periods due to the ongoing nature of interactions and community access.​

  6. Offline Services:

    • Requests for refunds concerning offline services will be handled individually, taking into consideration the specific service, agreement terms, and the reason for your refund request.

  7. General Conditions:

    • All refund requests must be formally submitted in writing to info@qallann.com within the specified timeframe for each respective product or service.

    • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that are deemed unreasonable or fraudulent.

    • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

  8. Processing Fee:

    • Please be aware that for all refunds, a processing fee of 15% (minimum Ksh. 200) will be charged. This fee covers administrative costs and does not include payment processing fees incurred at the payment gateway.
