At Qallann Marketing Agency, we are committed to providing the best digital products and services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where a client may need to request a refund, and we have developed the following refund policy to ensure that such requests are handled fairly and efficiently.
Digital Products:
All digital products purchased from Qallann Marketing Agency are non-refundable. These include but are not limited to eBooks, templates, and online courses. Once the purchase is made, the product is deemed to have been delivered, and we cannot offer a refund. However, we understand that there may be situations where a client may not be satisfied with their purchase. In such cases, we encourage the client to contact us and provide us with feedback. We will do our best to address the issue and make things right.
Digital Services:
Qallann Marketing Agency provides a variety of digital services to our clients. These include but are not limited to social media management, content creation, and email marketing. Our services are non-refundable, but we are committed to ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the work that we do. If a client is not satisfied with our services, we encourage them to contact us and provide us with feedback. We will do our best to address the issue and make things right.
Online Events:
Qallann Marketing Agency may offer webinars or other virtual events that require registration and payment. In such cases, we offer a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a client cancels their registration within 24 hours of the event, we will provide a full refund excluding processing fees. However, if a client cancels their registration less than 24 hours before the event or fails to attend the event, we cannot offer a refund. In the case of technical issues on our end that prevent a client from accessing the event, we will provide a refund or offer a credit for a future event.
Refund Process:

When requesting a refund, clients should provide their name, order number, and reason for the refund. Once we receive the request, we will review it and determine if the refund is valid. If the refund is valid, we will process the refund within seven business days. Clients will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
MPesa Payments:
Qallann Marketing Agency accepts payments through MPesa. If a client pays for a digital product or service using MPesa and requests a refund, we will process the refund through MPesa. However, we reserve the right to request additional information from the client to verify the payment and ensure that the refund is processed correctly.
Exceptions:
There may be situations where we make an exception to our refund policy. For example, if a client cancels a service before we have started working on it, we will provide a refund.
