Lorraine builds marketing systems that don’t just make noise — they make sense. As the founder of Qallann, she helps growth-stage companies and development programs move from scattered activity to structured execution — using data, psychology, and sharp messaging to connect effort with actual outcomes.
Her approach is clear-eyed, commercially grounded, and allergic to marketing theatre. With over a decade of cross-sector experience — from FMCG and fintech to capacity building and advocacy — Lorraine knows what it takes to design strategy that cuts through internal confusion, tech sprawl, and decision fatigue. Her work often begins where most briefs end: clarifying what matters, what’s broken, and what needs to be built for real growth to happen.
She’s led regional campaigns, fixed broken funnels, aligned sales and marketing teams, and introduced automation in places where spreadsheets were still king. What clients get with Lorraine isn’t just marketing. It’s clarity, confidence, and the systems to scale.
She holds a BSc in Biochemistry (Nutrition major) and an MSc in Project Management — a background that shows up not in jargon, but in her ability to make complex processes feel simple and measurable.
Clients trust her because she tells the truth. Colleagues rely on her because she thinks in frameworks. And Qallann exists because she saw too many businesses wasting time and budget on things that looked good but did nothing.
When she’s not solving problems for other people, she’s usually mid-thought, mid-flight, or mid-way through a new playlist.
