Our collaboration as a team is heavily powered by technology. Remote working is our way of life, unless we physically have to meet.
While we can work from anywhere in the globe, we purpose to have formal e-catchups at least once a week.

In order to deliver exception results on every project and process, we need a team that really knows their stuff. Capability building is therefore a huge pillar and factor in the success of our company.

Why do we love working here?
Working at Qallann has been one of my best working experiences because of the big emphasis on learning and development. I was initially intimidated by the realisation of the knowledge gap between me and my colleagues but with the support of my team, I’ve been able to turn that fear into motivation. I’m eager to improve my skills and advance my career so that I may also give this opportunity to someone else in the future.
